Meet the Owner

Jim Lorenz and his family have called Brentwood, Tennessee home for over a decade, but he did not grow up here.  Jim was born and raised in the small mountain town of Granby, Colorado where he fondly remembers working alongside his dad in his construction business.  This afforded him many learning opportunities while cleaning up construction sites and hauling loads to the local landfill.  Jim still enjoys this work of cleaning up and leaving things better than when he started.

After different career experiences, Jim’s passion to care for and serve others remains at the core, and with a rising family of triplets, 2 boys and 1 girl, and with the support of his loving wife, Elisabeth, Jim was inspired with a new goal to have his kids work alongside him while building a family business.  It is his desire to provide the best services for you and your household.

Brentwood is home.  They are here to stay.
