Action Disposal LLC dba Brentwood Disposal ("we," "us") collects personal information when you sign up for or use our residential trash collection service, including your name, email address, phone number, service address, and payment information (such as credit card, Venmo, or PayPal details).

We use this information solely to provide and support your service: scheduling pickups, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone outside the company, except with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as payment and messaging providers) solely to deliver our service to you.

Text messaging (SMS). By providing your phone number during signup, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Brentwood Disposal, such as pickup-day reminders, truck-arrival alerts, welcome confirmations, and billing notices. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or calling (615) 410-6871. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers and is not stored on our systems. We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations.
