Jim Lorenz

Jim and his family have called Brentwood home for more than a decade — but he didn’t grow up here.

He was raised in the small mountain town of Granby, Colorado, working alongside his dad in the family construction business. Some of his earliest lessons came from cleaning up job sites and hauling loads to the local landfill — and to this day, Jim still loves the simple satisfaction of cleaning up and leaving a place better than he found it.

After a career that took a few turns, that heart to serve never changed. With a young family of triplets — two boys and a girl — and the support of his wife, Elisabeth, Jim set out to build something his kids could grow up working alongside him: a real family business, run by neighbors, for neighbors. His goal is simple — take the best possible care of your household.
